Δοκιμάσαμε τη viral ramen καρμπονάρα και δεν μας απογοήτευσε! 🍜 Υλικά: 1 πακέτο noodles Indomie Mi Goreng 1 αυγό 2 κρόκοι αυγών ⅓ φλιτζανιού τριμμένη παρμεζάνα Μαύρο πιπέρι 3 φέτες μπέικον Μαγειρέψτε το μπέικον σε ένα τηγάνι σε μέτρια φωτιά μέχρι να γίνει τραγανό. Κόψτε το σε μικρά κομμάτια και αφήστε το στην άκρη. Σε ένα μπολ, χτυπήστε το αυγό και τους κρόκους μαζί με την παρμεζάνα και το μαύρο πιπέρι μέχρι να έχετε ένα λείο και κρεμώδες μείγμα. Βράστε τα noodles σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες της συσκευασίας. Στραγγίστε τα, κρατώντας λίγο από το νερό στο οποίο έβρασαν. Επιστρέψτε το μπέικον στο τηγάνι και προσθέστε τα ζεστά noodles. Κρατήστε τη φωτιά πολύ χαμηλή και προσθέστε το μείγμα των αυγών, ανακατεύοντας συνεχώς μέχρι να δημιουργηθεί μια παχύρρευστη, κρεμώδης σάλτσα. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι το τηγάνι δεν είναι πολύ καυτό, γιατί τα αυγά μπορεί να ψηθούν και να «κόψουν». Αν η σάλτσα είναι πολύ πηχτή, προσθέστε λίγο από το νερό των noodles μέχρι να αποκτήσει την επιθυμητή υφή. Σερβίρετε με επιπλέον παρμεζάνα και, αν θέλετε, με λίγες νιφάδες τσίλι από το φακελάκι καρυκευμάτων των noodles και απολαύστε! #ad

🍜 Who doesn't love a good ramen recipe for those cold winter nights? This one is the only one you'll need as it takes less than 30minutes to make and it tastes like it's been cooking for hours. Make sure to save this for the next time you'll be craving ramen and share it with someone who needs this recipe! Ingredients (serves 2): 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 minced clove of garlic 10 portobellini mushrooms 4 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1/2 tablespoon sriracha 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil 2 packets of instant noodles (without the flavor packets) 6 cups of chicken stock Toppings: 1 small spring onion finely sliced 1 soft-boiled egg Chicken* *For the chicken: 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs 3 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 tablespoons sesame oil Marinate the chicken thighs for approx. 30 minutes in the soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil and grill in a non-stick pan until fully cooked and tender. Slice and serve with the ramen. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan and add the mushrooms, cooking for approximately 5 minutes on high heat until they are soft. Add the garlic and cook for a few more minutes. Add the chicken stock in the pan and continue by adding the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and sriracha. When the broth is boiling add the instant noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes (or according to the instructions). Add the noodles to a bowl and cover with the broth.
