It has been recommended by many of you as soon as I stepped my foot in Sifnos! @omega3_sifnos is one of the chicest, gastronomic fish-bar restaurants on the Island, located at one of the most popular Sifnos beaches called Platys Gialos. Started our lunch with one of the most memorable Octopus dishes with black olive caramel and caper, the Amberjack tiradito with citrus olive oil, best Tarama, the steamed season greens with grated bottarga (so good), and one of the most interesting salads I’ve ever tried the Rocket salad with black truffle, fig, chloromanoura cheese cream and pistachio! Spectacular food and amazing service in a beautiful warm seating at @lagiostrafirenze We had the Risotto with zucchini and asparagus which was delicious, the spicy seafood pasta (favorite dish of the night), the Ravioli with cheese and pear (their special dish) very unique taste and the lemon beef (a bit too lemony for my taste however it was tasty). For starters we had the octopus and potato carpaccio which was absolutely amazing, one of the best carpaccio’s I ever had and of course for dessert their tiramisu! They also bring you a welcome platter containing various bites. Only for a day in Pisa so it had to be a really good dinner! After making my research we finally decided to visit @ristoranteallebandierine one of the top rating restaurants in Pisa! We tried their bruschettas, the portion had 6 different kind or toppings, each one was unique and delicious, we then had their Octopus salad (the least of my favorites), we had two different kind of pastas, one with seafood and another one with tomato and gorgonzola cheese (favorite dish). Their pastas are freshly made and are cooked al dente (a bit more al dente than what most of us are used to) Finally we had the Tiramisu which was delicious! Frutti di mare 🍝 - linguine with tomato sauce (optional tomato or fresh cream) mixed seafood, shell fish, garlic olive oil. - very delicious, seafood and pasta were well cooked. 2. Parmiggiano pizza 🍕- mozzarella, parmezan, prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, rucola and tomato sauce. - one of the best pizza crust that we’ve tried, the pizza was a bit salty for our taste, however it totally depends of what kind of pizza you choose. 3.
