Δοκιμάσαμε πρώτοι το νέο μενού του Honest Bread! 🍞🥐
Την περασμένη Κυριακή είχαμε την ευκαιρία μέσα από ενα υπέροχο workshop του FoodStories και του Honest Bread να μάθουμε όλα τα μυστικά του προζυμένιου ψωμιού, φτιάξαμε Focaccia με Πράσινες Ελιές GAEA και δοκιμάσαμε τα πιο αφράτα κρουασάν σε συνδυασμό με τις μαρμελάδες St. Dalfour. Επίσης είχαμε την ευκαιρία να δοκιμάσουμε πρώτοι το νέο αποκλειστικό μενού του Honest Bread με brands του Ομίλου Παπαέλληνας. Το συγκεκριμένο μενού θα είναι διαθέσιμο στο Wolt και στο κατάστημα του Honest Bread για 1 μήνα!

- Cube with Diablo Peanut Butter & Strawberry Jelly

It's National 🥐 Croissant day and reminiscing this flaky croissant I (partially) made. Got myself a plain croissant from @honestbreadcy and from there on, just use your imagination. Its one of the most versatile types of pastries to go wild with. I added a generous amount of pistachio cream 💚 and freshly crushed pistachio nuts
I always get requests where I got the pistachio cream from, check Amazon.de to save on import duties but recently came upon pistachio cream in various confectionary stores like New York Sweets, Elements Fine desserts and others.

From freshly baked sourdough bread to almond croissants and cruffins, Im still wondering while it took me sooo long to visit. But promise ill be posting more stories from here.
Btw... The bueno filling is out of thlis world, I'm sure they buy all the bueno chocolates from the market and one by one they take out the filling and use for their cruffins 🤷🏻♂️
