Most restaurants are still fully operational and packed with locals and tourists due the beautiful weather, which lead us to @eliatasteandmore I mean just look at the warm welcoming design of @napamermaidhotel and it's fabulous dining and relaxation area As for food, its a well balanced menu, that without any doubt there's something for everyone! BIG JUICY 🍔's at @burgerbox.cy is just what Ayia Napa needed as another new Hotspot for💥 smash burgers just opened! The amazing @nikkei_peruviansenses is located within @nissiblubeach A 5-Star hotel with a restaurant to match that rating. Absolutely loved the Nikkei Peruvian menu carefully created by chef @chris_spahiu with his strong Peruvian knowledge from his work experience in the region Speciality ingredients are all imported from Peru and we quickly noticed this with the Ceviche as it had a certain type of corn that we’ve never tasted before. The chef later confirmed this to us Even the most simple things like the ginger served with the maki rolls are made by the chef and his team and immediately we said ‘ok this is not canned ginger’ Portions are big, maki rolls are huge and main dishes are unique and full of flavor The Picanha steak for 2 was outstanding and can easily be shared for more than 2! Perfectly cooked, best I’ve had in Cyprus so far The sweet & sour Lobster was simply mouth-watering and those handcrafted pork gyozas were to fight for the last one on the plate for Both desserts we had were amazing 🤤🤤 Definitely recommending @nikkei_peruviansenses Summer is far from over so add this to your Ayia Napa bucketlist By the way, loved the friendly staff with full knowledge of the menu as they helped us decide what to try (Ok we didn't leave much behind 🫣🤭) P.S. •🍣 swipe to the end for one of the most unique sushi rolls we tried• 🍹This was our second time visiting @sushiyamacyprus at @ayianapamarina and we couldn't start our dinner without our favorite Ishigaki Island cocktails, which are some of the best we ever tried! 🌊 We find that there's something really relaxing about a sushi dinner next to the sea with a nice view, and this is becoming one of our favorite spots! This time we got the sushi platter so we could try a lot of different options along with some more things from the menu, as well as dessert (keep reading to see everything we got) We have to say, the sashimi is always very fresh here and they definitely have some unique sushi roll combinations! One of the most unique was definitely the Crispy Potato uramaki with truffle mayo - definitely get this one even if you are not a big fan of truffle as it is very balanced, crispy and delicious.
