A 5-Star hotel with a restaurant to match that rating. Absolutely loved the Nikkei Peruvian menu carefully created by chef @chris_spahiu with his strong Peruvian knowledge from his work experience in the region
Speciality ingredients are all imported from Peru and we quickly noticed this with the Ceviche as it had a certain type of corn that we’ve never tasted before. The chef later confirmed this to us
Even the most simple things like the ginger served with the maki rolls are made by the chef and his team and immediately we said ‘ok this is not canned ginger’
Portions are big, maki rolls are huge and main dishes are unique and full of flavor
The Picanha steak for 2 was outstanding and can easily be shared for more than 2! Perfectly cooked, best I’ve had in Cyprus so far
The sweet & sour Lobster was simply mouth-watering and those handcrafted pork gyozas were to fight for the last one on the plate for
Both desserts we had were amazing 🤤🤤

Finally got a chance to try @rivabeachouse with the @thewhisperingangel rose wine event.
Amazing location, amazing food and most of all outstanding service. I only had a small sample, but now that has left me wanting more.
Definitely coming back for more sushi and the steak!

Food quantity was very generous like that linguine pasta full of various prawns & other seafood items
