This was our second time visiting @topatrikon in Tersefanou, a restaurant known for its traditional Cypriot approach to Fine Dining that serves some of the most creative dishes in Cyprus. The new Seasonal 5-course set menu created by the Fokou siblings is a really unique experience of traditional Cypriot flavors and our favorite we tried so far at Patrikon! The cost of the menu, served between Thursday & Saturday, is 45 euro per person with an optional wine pairing for 25 euro, which we think is a great value for such an amazing experience! Always a culinary experience at @thetamediterranean and with the exclusive one time menu from multi-awarded consulting Chef @michael_nourloglou and Theta's Chef de cuisine @aleksandr_bekesevych we once again had the pleasure to experience exceptional food, exquisite service at one of the islands most elegant restaurants The 6 course menu we had consistent of : • Lobster with Ispahan’s rose • Oyster, grapes, burnt onion and beurre blanc sauce • Sashimi from dry aged amberjack, fleur de salt, parsley and extra virgin olive oil • Sautéed shrimps, tangerine, tuna bacon and aged gruyere • Khinkali with meagre, smoked mussels, “kakavia” and herbs • Pink dentex fillet with taro puree, onion and hazelnut • Lemon sorbet with marinated guava • “Ekmek” cream, anari, caramelized tsoureki and kumquat Special thanks to the Chefs, Mr @el_theodor and the waiting staff for their meticulous knowledge of all the menu items served to us 👏🏻 Definitely a bucketlist place to add ✅ #larnaca #cyprus #cypruseats #thetamediterranean
