This was our first time trying The Gallery at the Parklane Resort & Spa and we were really impressed with their brunch options as well as the pan-Asian lunch and dinner! Some of the highlights were the wagyu sliders, the miso cod, the beef sirloin steak, the matcha cheesecake, the basque cheesecake, the shakshuka, the chia pudding, the peinirli and the Danish pastry. We spent an entire weekend at the resort creating content and trying most of their dishes and we can confirm that it is a great spot for coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner, especially on their beautiful terrace overlooking the sea! #cyprus #limassol

🍸 Here's why we think you should try LPM's unique brunch concept! First, a short introduction: The 'La vie en Rosé' brunch is available every weekend from 12:00-16:00. With a sharing philosophy and three different courses, you should spend around 3 hours for the entire meal, to enjoy the whole experience. How the brunch works is that you select a drinks menu from which you can order an unlimited number of drinks during your meal, unlimited number of starters, one main dish and one dessert per person. Colors café doesn't need an introduction, but we were still impressed with the new menu additions that we tried over the weekend: the Asian Prawn Salad, the Crab and Prawn Sandwich & the Salmon Stuffed Croissant. New additions on the menu of @theshopkeeperandco and we couldn’t resist trying some of them! This place always finds a way to amaze us by the quality and unique flavors that you find in every dish that they make! Starting backwards this time with the new dessert! The one that took our attention! The “Shopkeeper’s waffles” which is probably the best waffles we have tried so far! Creating everything from scratch (like all of their dishes), their fluffy waffles are drizzled with a super delicious house sticky caramel, topped with chocolate crumble (and what a crumble it was!) and finished with mascarpone and blueberries! Take note as this is a MUST TRY dessert! As for the salmon lovers, the new ”Herb Waffle” has the perfect flavors! Soft and Herb waffle topped with salmon (has a slight lemony taste) that literally melts in your mouth, served with poached egg, avocado & wasabi cream cheese! New brunch / lunch / dinner spot in Limassol @carousel_cafe_patisserie_ Carousel is an all day fantasy getaway spot in Limassol serving you not the standard menu. All plates have a fairytale twist to them like these yummy super fluffy pancakes with peanut butter caramel meringue and fairy dust sprinkles (well I made up that last part) I was pleasantly surprised with all the dishes I had and would recommend Carousel as the general feedback is that people really enjoy this place. @themeltingpotconcept is a new modern space in Limassol where you may enjoy your daily brunch, coffee, lunch or dinner. Surrounded by light entering various locations of the store, it shows off the architectural design of the space and makes it a really instagrammable place. You'll see elements of the space up for sale, like coffee cups, lamps and other furniture items. As for the food, Absolutely enjoyed the poached eggs and will be going again to have alot more than just that. After finishing a job I had nearby later that day, I went back again for a late evening coffee and cake with friends. We tried the warm pecan pie with marscapone cheese and loved it.
