#ad The easiest chocolate cake ever - the mug cake! I love this recipe as it is 100% vegan - by using Flora Original, you can enjoy this cake even during fasting season as it is plant-based. So you can use flora in cooking, baking or spreading guilt-free! Ingredients: 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour 1 Tbsp granulated sugar 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder ¼ teaspoon baking powder dash salt 3 tablespoons milk 1 tablespoon Flora Original 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tsp chocolate chips 1. In your favourite mug, add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and stir together. 2. Add milk, flora original and vanilla extract and stir until smooth. The ultimate Christmas biscuit: Melomakarona! I got my fondue machine and all ingredients needed from @lidl_cyprus. Melomakarona chocolate-covered and stuffed with walnuts Ingredients: 300 gr sugar 300 ml orange juice 750 ml sunflower oil 180 ml brandy 3 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground cloves powder 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder pinch of salt 1 1/2 kg all purpose flour 6 tsp baking powder 230 gr semolina fine For the syrup: 450 gr sugar 300 gr honey 500 ml water 5 ground cloves 4 orange slices Dark chocolate Almonds for decor Combine the sugar, the orange juice, the oil, the brandy, the spices, the flour ( keep some flour back), the baking powder , the salt and semolina. Mix well and gradually add the flour you kept aside, until your mixture is fluffy. Make balls of 35gr each, put half walnut in the middle and shape. Place the melomakarona on a tray with baking paper and cook in preheated oven at 170°C for 30 minutes. They are ready when they get a golden colour. Leave them to cool down completely. Prepare the syrup. As soon as it boils, it is ready. Place the melomakarona in the syrup for 20 seconds. Then cover them with almonds crushed, mixed with 1tsp of cinnamon.
