A new Asian spot recently opened up in Limassol, and we were really excited to try it! They have a relatively small menu with some classic Asian dishes like Pad Thai noodles, Beef Pho and Pad See Ew as well as more mainstream options like the Teriyaki Chicken and Sweet and Sour Prawns. The portions were really large and the food was incredibly tasty - unfortunately we couldn’t try everything but we will definitely be back for more! This was our first time trying The Gallery at the Parklane Resort & Spa and we were really impressed with their brunch options as well as the pan-Asian lunch and dinner! Some of the highlights were the wagyu sliders, the miso cod, the beef sirloin steak, the matcha cheesecake, the basque cheesecake, the shakshuka, the chia pudding, the peinirli and the Danish pastry. We spent an entire weekend at the resort creating content and trying most of their dishes and we can confirm that it is a great spot for coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner, especially on their beautiful terrace overlooking the sea! #cyprus #limassol

Sometimes all you need is a good pizza and an Aperol spritz, and at @theseablings_cy in Limassol you got both! We heard so many good things about this place and it definitely lives up to the hype - serving some of the most delicious pizza we tried in Cyprus. The spicy pepperoni one was out of this world, with fermented mango honey, spicy salami, pickled onion & homemade chili oil. The zesty mushroom one was also delicious, lighter with mushrooms, rosemary, garlic, lemon, ricotta, rucola and parmesan. Delicious vegan and refined sugar-free cookie alert - these cookies from @essential.haus.cy deserve their own post! You can find this cute coffee shop next the Katholiki church in Limassol, always serving cookies and other vegan desserts fresh out of the oven! We also tried their delicious smoothies, coffee and sandwiches made with homemade glutten free bread! With a sharing philosophy and three different courses, you should spend around 3 hours for the entire meal, to enjoy the whole experience. Colors café doesn't need an introduction, but we were still impressed with the new menu additions that we tried over the weekend: the Asian Prawn Salad, the Crab and Prawn Sandwich & the Salmon Stuffed Croissant.
