One of our favourite restaurants for summer nights in Nicosia. We’ve visited Topika quite a few times over the years, and we genuinely think their new summer menu is one of their best yet. Our highlights were the beef carpaccio with smoked tuna mayonnaise and truffle oil, the arancini with graviera cheese and bacon jam, the eggplant ‘steak’, the squid orzotto and the marinated chicken thighs. We tried the new restaurant in Nicosia everyone’s talking about! Sumosan Cyprus has officially opened its doors at The Landmark Nicosia Hotel, serving contemporary Japanese dishes and unique signature cocktails in a stylish space. We tried a selection of dishes from the menu, from sushi to some of their unique mains.
