The latest addition to Protaras' main road, @ciacco.cy's dishes will transport you straight to Italy! Offering classic Italian dishes like Neapolitan pizza cooked in a wood oven, fresh pasta and homemade desserts, its vibrant atmosphere is the perfect excuse to enjoy a nice cocktail after a delicious dinner! We tried: - Ciacco Bruschetta Cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic, fresh basil, burrata and pesto, homemade croutons - Goat cheese tart Red onion marmalade, thyme, tomatoes and goat cheese In fresh puff pastry - Garlic Mini Pizza - Portobellini Florentine Ricotta cheese, portobellini mushrooms, spinach, caramelized onion, truffle oil, egg - Linguine di gamberi Homemade tomato sauce, fresh onion, chives, king prawns, cherry tomatoes, bisque, parmesan - Pork Milanese Pork chop pan-fried Milanese style.
