The latest addition to Protaras' main road, @ciacco.cy's dishes will transport you straight to Italy! Offering classic Italian dishes like Neapolitan pizza cooked in a wood oven, fresh pasta and homemade desserts, its vibrant atmosphere is the perfect excuse to enjoy a nice cocktail after a delicious dinner! So you drooled all over your phone after seeing my stories at Reef American bar & grill at @sunrisehotelsprotaras and after seeing the post from @cyprus_foodies about this place, now here’s my post & review! U just got to try the burgers! I had the Brie burger, the beef cooked perfectly, I ordered it medium / rare and as you saw the burger had no red parts and retained all its juices while being super flavourful. The brioche buns are some of the finest I’ve had on the island. Was totally impressed! Also tried my friends cowboy burger, and even though they got it medium, it was still #juicyaf , I even did the squeeze test… sooo satisfying! Ribs, the meat pulled of the bone just by separating the bones. The bbq sauce had the perfect kick of tangy smokeyness bbq flavour. We got a Chicken fagitas to share, again cooked perfectly, chicken with crusty sides for some crunch but mouth-watering juicy chicken brest perfectly seasoned. Now value for money!! This is in protaras, were you'll expect those tourist prices... Well I'm glad to say the prices are perfectly balanced even cheaper than most places in Nicosia. Portions are big and this is great for families also because you can easily share most plates like garlic bread, wings, salads and a whole lot more while getting some mains that can easily be shared also (but you won't want to share the ribs 🤭) The restaurant is modern and clean which is always a plus when visiting tourist locations. I want to know what cleaning products and aromatic sprays they use for their WC's ☺️ This is my second restaurant I've visited from the sunrise hotels group, first Kyklos Greek restaurant and now this. Even though totally different concepts, the consistency in quality shows. From food to service. Summer 🔆 in Protaras means meze, and there's only a handful of restaurants I can clearly recommend, and Mezedopolio Kyklos by @sunrisehotelsprotaras is one of them. Located in the main Protaras road, its not hard to miss because of the the classy & inviting exterior decor. The food was traditional Greek cuisine with must try plates like Mousakka, Lamb chops and fresh salads like Dakos and Baby spinach. Thursday's is Live music nights and the tourist seem to enjoy it as much as the locals. Another hotspot in protaras to save for this summer 😍

Q. What goes with summer sunsets? A. Sushi from @folio_rest Now doubt @folio_rest is my favourite Sushi restaurant in the famagusta area during summertime. Located in beautiful Protaras, I'm sure every Cypriot holidayer should visit at least once this year. And don't stop at sushi, because folio is much more. They do steaks also. Decided to have an old time classic, Steak Diane. The cook is spot an every time as its the 3rd time I've visited and ordered various steaks. For starters we also got a prawn salad for sharing which goes well with the sushi we previously ordered. @folio_rest in Protaras will have to be this years ☀️ summer goto place for us "Leflosiates" 🙈 It's known to be a steak house, but it's much more than that! That's why their slogan is "Folio - Not just a Steak House" I had some sushi to start off with, and it was soo fresh because there is a sushi bar in view of the seating area and prepared to order before your eyes. For main had the Rack of Lamb which was cooked to perfection. Also has a bite of burger cooked Medium Rare and was spot on to my liking. Italian nights 🇮🇹 at Ravioli’s Italian Restaurant, situated in Protaras opposite @grecianparkhotel serves authentic Italian dishes in a pleasant and fresh atmosphere! ⬇️Description of each dish below: • 1. Frutti di mare 🍝 - linguine with tomato sauce (optional tomato or fresh cream) mixed seafood, shell fish, garlic olive oil. - very delicious, seafood and pasta were well cooked. 2. Parmiggiano pizza 🍕- mozzarella, parmezan, prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, rucola and tomato sauce. - one of the best pizza crust that we’ve tried, the pizza was a bit salty for our taste, however it totally depends of what kind of pizza you choose. 3. A view from the top of the pizza and pasta. 4-5. Arancini di granchio 🦀 🍤 - crab and prawn risotto ball with creamed colored pepper sauce and salmon ravioli. - the ball was a bit dry due to it’s size, we would have preferred for it to have been smaller balls accompanied with more of the yummy sauce. The raviolis were super delicious! 6-7. Pomodoro e burrata mozzarella 🥗 - tomato and mozzarella with cherry tomatoes, rucola, basil and black olives. - was super! 8-9.
