Buttered sheets of fyllo dough folded into triangles and baked until golden brown, covered in syrup and filled with a delicious patisserie-style cream 🤤

It's National 🥐 Croissant day and reminiscing this flaky croissant I (partially) made. Got myself a plain croissant from @honestbreadcy and from there on, just use your imagination. Its one of the most versatile types of pastries to go wild with. I added a generous amount of pistachio cream 💚 and freshly crushed pistachio nuts
I always get requests where I got the pistachio cream from, check Amazon.de to save on import duties but recently came upon pistachio cream in various confectionary stores like New York Sweets, Elements Fine desserts and others.

First post of the year had to be somewhere new. Just opened this week, @crust.and.dough is a fancy little bakery in the middle of Nicosia.
Specialising in sourdough bread and other artisan bakery goods.
Then I was told they had pistachio biscuits and sourdough pistachio bread. I was sold by this point.
If you are in the area, stop by and get something for a quick bite or even one of their specialty coffees to go. They also offer some seating if you are on a break and just want to sit and have a relaxing time. #loveit

2. Open sandwich hummus omelette with feta, zucchini and mint (made for the feta lovers) 🥪
3. Breakfast plate with egg, salmon, hummus, flavored olive oil, olives, carrot sticks, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, baby spinach and bread (includes coffee or juice) - we couldn’t stop dipping those veggies into their super yummy hummus spread! 🥗
4. Chocolate peanut butter and banana smoothie bowl with dark chocolate, banana, peanuts and granola (an outstanding smoothie) 🍫 🥜
5. We do not usually post coffees on our page, this is actually the first time we include a coffee in a post but this has to be one of the best ice lattes that we ever had!
