Add in **icing sugar**, **cocoa powder**, and **vanilla extract**. Then, mix in the **melted butter** and **condensed milk**. Stir until everything combines into a “wet sand” texture. 🏖️ 3. Let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up. ⏳ 4. Once chilled, roll into little bite-sized balls. 💫 5.
