Αν σου αρέσουν τα φαλάφελ, τότε πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να δοκιμάσεις αυτή την πανεύκολη συνταγή για λαχταριστά φαλάφελ σερβιρισμένα με σως από ταχίνι και μυρωδάτο Sacla Vegan Πέστο Βασιλικού! Για τα φαλάφελ: 500 γρ. ρεβίθια (τα οποία βάζουμε να φουσκώσουν από την προηγούμενη μέρα) ½ κόκκινο κρεμμύδι κομμένο στα τέσσερα 2 σκελίδες σκόρδο 1 φλ. μαϊντανό 1 φλ. κόλιανδρο Ξύσμα από ένα λεμόνι 1 κ.σ χυμό λεμόνι 1 κ.σ κόλιανδρο σε σκόνη 1 κ.γ κύμινο ½ κ.σ αλάτι 1 κ.γ baking powder 3 κ.σ αλεύρι γ.ο.χ Λάδι για τηγάνισμα Για την σως: ⅓ φλ. ακατέργαστο ταχίνι Χυμό από 1/2 λεμόνι Αλάτι 1 κ.σ. Sacla Vegan Πέστο Βασιλικού Λίγο νερό Βάζουμε τα ξερά ρεβίθια μέσα σε ένα μεγάλο μπολ από την προηγούμενη μέρα και τα καλύπτουμε με νερό. Τοποθετούμε όλα τα υλικά για τα φαλάφελ μας σε ένα μπλέντερ και τα χτυπάμε μέχρι να έχουμε υφή βρεγμένης άμμου. Φτιάχνουμε μπαλίτσες περίπου 45-50 γρ. την κάθε μια. Βράζουμε το λάδι για τηγάνισμα σε βαθιά κατσαρόλα στους 175 βαθμούς κελσίου. Τηγανίζουμε τα φαλάφελ μας για 2-3 λεπτά η μέχρι να πάρουν χρυσαφένιο χρώμα και τα αφαιρούμε σε ένα μπολ στο οποίο έχουμε τοποθετήσει απορροφητικό χαρτί. Για την σάλτσα χτυπάμε όλα τα υλικά με ένα σύρμα μέχρι να ομογενοποιηθούν. Σερβίρουμε και απολαμβάνουμε! #falafel #recipe #vegan #pesto #συνταγή

SENTIO is Nicosia's newest entry by @andreas.yiangoullas and is definitely one for your list, with a Mediterranean inspired menu with Middle-Eastern and Asian influences and a sharing philosophy. On the menu you can find raw, hot and on-the-charcoal options, and we had a difficult time deciding what to try first! We went with the Crispy Squid with za'atar and wasabi ganache, which was crispy, tasty and well-seasoned, the prawn yiouvetsi which was light and delicious, the Charred Broccolini served with pickles and peanuts, and we ended our night with the Sirloin Steak served with truffle and goat cheese fries and pepper jus! It's officially soup weather and you'll want to save this Middle Eastern red lentil one for later! 🍲 (serves 2) 150 gr. Red lentils 4 cups chicken or vegetable stock 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 carrot grated 1 small onion chopped 1 clove of garlic minced 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon chili Lemon juice Salt Pepper Cilandro and red pepper flakes to serve Heat the olive oil in a large pan and add the onion for 2-3 minutes until soft. Add the carrot, garlic, chili and cumin and stir for another 2-3 minutes. Add the lentils and the chicken stock and boil until the lentils are completely soft. Blend everything together until creamy and smooth. Return the soup to the pan and add the lemon juice and salt/pepper as needed. If you want to make the soup less thick add some more chicken stock.
