Sear them for 3-4 minutes on each side with @lurpakcyprus butter (also available is new Lurpak Garlic butter) Prepare a chimichurri sauce, or if time is of essence, foodhaus has a @epicspicenapavalley mix that you just add oil. Decorate as you wish.
