ad | my non-negotiable brunch: creamy guac by @holyguacamole_eu, golden halloumi, soft scrambled eggs. recipe ↓ 🥑 unfreeze @holyguacamole_eu overnight 🍞 toast your bread + spread the guac (it already has the spices I love) 🍳 melt butter, add eggs on medium heat, keep stirring until soft & creamy 🧀 fry halloumi with honey + chilli until golden ✨ plate it up, add berries & spices to taste

One weekend, we visited this place in Politico: 📍 @filimon_gefseis It’s a family-owned business with butcher delicacies that’s been around for four generations. They produce their own cold cuts, and it was so special to see how much care they put into it. Saturdays and Sundays are the only days they open for brunch, so it’s a perfect weekend getaway if you’re looking for something a little different.
