CHEESECAKE CADBURY EGG! Ingredients * 1 Cadbury milk chocolate Easter egg halved * 15g unsalted butter * 85g digestive biscuits crushed * 200g cream cheese * 35g caster sugar * 100ml double cream To decorate * 10g white chocolate * 1 crushed digestive biscuit * 5 mini chocolate eggs Directions 1. Carefully cut the Easter egg in half, try to keep one half fully intact. Melt the other half (keep a small piece to grate it). 2. In a bowl crush the biscuits, melt the butter and pour into the biscuits and mix until all the butter is absorbed. 3. In another bowl put the cream cheese, sugar and cream, whisk until very thick and stiff, add the melted chocolate egg when cooled and add your grated chocolate and mix. 4. Spoon the biscuit mix into the bottom of the egg half and gently compress the biscuit with your fingers. 5. Spoon the filling carefully into the egg, add the crushed digestive biscuit and drizzle the white chocolate.
