So you may have seen mixed reviews about the viral Dubai Chocolate, alot praising how delicious it is, and others saying its just hype!!! So here's my take on it since I made it before and I just tried the original @fixdessertchocolatier version also So I've tried various knockoff verisons in Cyprus and they dont even compare to the original. I found the blend of pistachio to kateifi well balanced and the thin chocolate shell just the right amount as not to overpower the filling So, to end the debate if it's worth it, I would say definitely 💯 worth it But that doesn't mean you can't make it at home and be equally as good. The first bite sensation I got from the Original Dubai Chocolate was as equally satisfying when I made it myself. If I were to make it again, iI would definitely use half the amount of kateifi, and add some white chocolate in the mix to make it more liquify You can also taste the tachini in it, which to me was a pleasant element. It wasn't too overpowering and could still get that pistachio flavour essence So If you can't get your hands on one, don't worry, try making it yourself and no matter what the outcome is, its a real delightful treat Dont comment 'dubai' cause I ate it all! 🙊 #dubaichocolate #cypruseats #cyprus #dubai #Chocolate
