Rous (Ρούς) meaning flow or path, feels exactly like that. A journey of predefined dishes to stimulate your taste palate. We actually had the À la carte menu, which was a journey of its own. Master Chefs @spiridoula_karampoutaki & @panostogias really prove why they have risen to fame and made a name for themselves. @rousrestaurant lives the hype 👩🏻🦰💁🏻♂️ We had • Ribeye steak • Pork Tenderloin • Lavraki (sea bass) • Prawn Risotto • Gnocchi • Rabbit meatballs • Caesar Salad And of course I had the Machalepi and another of my favourite desserts, the Portokalopita (Orange Pie) infused with ice-cream.
