They are a small corner shop making some of the best falafel we ever tried, offering a variety of different custom toppings! Not embarrassed to admit we visited more than once during our two-day stay 😅

Hidden in a little corner in the historic center of Athens, @feyrouz_athens serves homemade delicacies that bring together the East and the West!
There's usually a queue but it's definitely worth it to try their minced beef lahmajoun with a mixture of spices and herbs, served with babaganoush yoghurt sauce and feyrouz salad 🤤
Also, right next door you'll find traditional middle-eastern sweets like baklava and kunefe, which are not to be missed!

@mishmish.cy Has to be the most unique food I've tasted in a looong time. If you could only see the messages of people that tried and DM’ed me during my stories.
Mishmish is a modern Palestinian restaurant, with authentic recipes from @serenesadek grandmother & mother, but with her own funky twist bringing these dishes and flavours all to a new level.
You could say their food resembles a lot of our Cypriot cuisine, they use a lot of same ingredients like aubergine & chickpeas but add a whole lot of fresh spices imported from their homeland just for these recipes. Just look how vibrant and colorful all their dishes are. Some meat dishes can also be done in vegan versions if you ask for it 🌱

I seriously can't recommend a favourite dish because everything is so unique, that's why this was my 3rd time visiting to get a sample of all dishes.
But the one dish I will recommend after you're done eating, is a fresh piece of authentic Kunafe. Kunafe is said to originate from Palestine although you get many variants around the middle east including Turkey & Greece also
So if there's one restaurant I would recommend its @mishmish.cy
They operate 7 days a week for delivery and ask them directly for seat in & menu availability. They also offer a catering at home of the full menu 🤤 My next dinner party 💯💯

It's usually were most restaurants loose points because food arrives messy and cold. It really gave a sense of what to expect from visiting them in the future or simply ordering delivery from home in these difficult times.

@mitbah.cy has recently opened it’s doors in the heart of Limassol, serving Israeli cuisine and we had the pleasure of trying some or their delicious dishes! ⬇️Description of each dish below:
1. Shakshuka Eggs 🍳 - a stew of boiled eggs with tomatoes, onions, garlic & peppers! - it was super and had a kick of spiciness which we loved!
2-3. Arais - Crispy pitta stuffed with ground beef & lamb, spices served with tomato saltsa & tahini - an explosion of flavours right from the first bite, the meat had a very rich taste and that super crispy pitta..... divine!
4. Fattoush salad 🥗 - well made with the right amount of lemon, exactly how we like it, very refresing!
5. Cauliflower Hummus - tasty but we would have preferred it to have a bit more spices on it.
6. Stuffed Grape Leaves - very light taste, easy to eat.
7. Classic Hummus - delicious however we would have preferred to be more lemony.
8. Rustic Eggplant 🍆 & Green Falafel 🧆 - the eggplant was tasty but like the cauliflower needed more spicies, the falafel were amazing, cruncy and fluffy, one of the best falafel that we’ve tried!
9. Golden Crispy Chicken Schnitzel - nice and crispy.

We went all middle eastern today at our favorite @syrianrestaurantcy ! We had everything from their chicken shish tawook, lamb kebab, kofta, falafel to their salads and their amazing variety of dips and one thing is for sure...we always leave wanting to go back!
