OATMEAL PANCAKES RECIPE! 🥞 Sharing the most delicious recipe for celebrating the International Pancake Day! Ingredients: ▫️3 tbsp oat flour ▫️4 tbsp oats ▫️1 tbsp yogurt ▫️1 egg ▫️1 tsp vanilla extract ▫️3/4 cup coconut milk (or you may use any other milk) ▫️1 tsp baking powder Steps: 1. In a large bowl, put all the dry ingredients and mix. Add the egg, yogurt, milk and vanilla and mix well all the ingredients together. 2. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the pancake mixture into the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot. 3. Garnish your pancakes with your favorite toppings! 24k Gold Biscella Pancakes 🥞 When two worlds collide, Biscoff & Nutella, you get there offspring, Biscella. Recipe I hear you screaming at the screen? 👇🏻 Used my Pancake batter mixer from @gotitcy and added all the below ingredients in the bottle. This bottle makes upto 7 large sized pancakes depending on your preference of thickness. The below were quite large., you can get upto 15 normal sized pancakes out of it normally. Ingredients : 1 1/3 cups of milk 1 1/4 cups plain flour 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 egg 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking powder Now close bottle and shake for 30 seconds. Done ✅ Now add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in your pancake pan. Unscrew the nozzle off the bottle and pour some batter in the pan. Cook on one side till you see bubbles form on top of the pancake, then flip. Between each pancake, I take the pan off the stove, add more oil, add the batter and then back on the stove, this 20 second process allows the pan to cool down, and not burn the pancake due to hot pan. For the topping I chose Nutella & Biscoff. Grinded 6-7 Biscoff biscuits to drizzle on top. For the spread, I added equal parts of Nutella & Biscoff. 4 teaspoons of each and stirred together till smooth. I also set aside 2 teaspoons of the spread, added 2 teaspoons of coconut oil to make it runny. This is so I can pour some extra Biscella at the end for the foodporn effect! 😈 Added layers of Biscella and crumbled biscoff and decorate to your preference. Topped of with whole biscoff biscuits and edible gold leafs just for the fun of it! This pancake can easily be shared amougst 4 people! You know how I like my fair share of pancakes, well at @thatsybaby they have just started weekend brunch with 6 creative pancakes > see last pic for menu. 10/10 for creativity & taste 😋🤤 I had the Pistachio pancake, its has a Praline Pistachio topping that I instantly fell in love with. Cooked till rustic brown. Did the same for the peaches. Finally added some crushed walnuts, the Marscapone cheese and drizzled some organic Canadian maple syrup on top. 🇯🇵JAPANESE FLUFFY PANCAKES🥞 First tried these in London, and been meaning to do these for a while! Was it worth the hassle? Hell yeah! 🤤 • • -Equipment Food Rings Pan with lid Electric Mixer Spatula 2 Mixing Bowls • -Ingredients 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 3/4 cup Sugar 3 Large Eggs (2 yolks, 3 whites) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 Cup Milk 1 Can Cooking Spray 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil -Instructions Separate the egg yolks and whites into two separate containers. Sift all of the flour over a large mixing bowl. Add the baking powder and baking soda and mix with a whisk. Get the egg whites from the second large mixing bowl. Add 1/3 of sugar and beat with an electric mixer. Then add some more of sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. Finally add remaining sugar. It takes about 2-3 minutes. This will form a meringue. Add the vanilla, egg yolks and milk to the 1st bowl with the dry ingredients. Using a whisk mix until you get a nice smooth batter. If the batter is thick add a little extra milk until you get a cake like batter. Gently add in the meringue to the batter. Mix lightly using the whisk until it is all incorporated. Let the batter sit for at least 10 minutes for the baking powder and baking soda to react. This will give you a spongier pancake. Preheat a non stick pan over low / medium heat. Add a little bit of vegetable oil to the cooking surface and place a 2 inch by 2.75 inch "food ring" on top of it. Spray the inside of the ring with cooking spray and pour in your batter. If making 1/4 inch pancakes let them cook for 2 minutes, if cooking thicker 1/2 inch pancakes let them cook for 5 minutes. Add a few droplets of water around the rings to make it steam and put the lid on. Remove the ring with tongs (the ring will be hot) and then flip the pancake. Cook an additional 2 minutes for 1/4 inch pancakes and 2.5 minutes for 1/2 inch pancakes.
