Probably the most beautiful restaurant I’ve been to so far! @balthazar_athens is located in a stunning, unique neoclassical 1897 mansion with an impressive yard that make this place one of a kind! Our very well known Cypriot chef @peskias is the person behind each culinary creation! He created two separate menus - the Mediterranean and the Sushi menu! We started our dinner with an amazing Carpaccio sea bass, served with toasted bread and let me tell you the combination of both was divine! We also had the salad with strawberries and Gorgonzola dressing and some edamame - both were far from ordinary. For mains we had the Balthazar Sushi Combo which had tuna maki, smoked salmon roll, seabass nigiri, tuna & mango roll and rock shrimp roll which was absolutely delicious. Visited for lunch for the first time and I must say that I was quite impressed with the exceptional service and the delicious food. Started our lunch with two appetizers, the stuffed zucchini flowers with feta and seasonal boiled greens (spiny chicory) and for mains we had drunken chicken with rice and beef stew with fresh mushrooms in dried tomato sauce and grated pecorino from Amphilochia! It’s not just a hotel, it is a market, cafe and Restaurant in the heart of Athens! I first walked into @ergonhouse in Skiathos in 2015 and dined in there for 6 days out of the 11 that I was on the Island. I also went twice to the one in Thessaloniki, of course I loved it as well! However, this was the first time visiting the one in Athens! What a great place! Amazing market, insane variety of high quality products to buy and of course a spectacular Restaurant to dine in! It has been recommended by many of you as soon as I stepped my foot in Sifnos! @omega3_sifnos is one of the chicest, gastronomic fish-bar restaurants on the Island, located at one of the most popular Sifnos beaches called Platys Gialos. Started our lunch with one of the most memorable Octopus dishes with black olive caramel and caper, the Amberjack tiradito with citrus olive oil, best Tarama, the steamed season greens with grated bottarga (so good), and one of the most interesting salads I’ve ever tried the Rocket salad with black truffle, fig, chloromanoura cheese cream and pistachio! First dinner of my holiday so I had make sure it was going to be great! Been wanting to try this place for a while after hearing amazing comments from everyone and so pleased that I finally did! Located in the beautiful Kolonaki square @zurbaran_athens is an all-day bar restaurant serving Mediterranean food. Chefs @georgianna_hiliadaki @thomasmatsas and @vasilisampatzidis have created an outstanding menu to satisfy your pallet to the maximum. Started our dinner with a delicious beef carpaccio, caprese salad (best I’ve tried so far), and the must try homemade Dumplings Pastitsio! For mains we tried the Cacio e Pepe Tarfuto pasta, fresh octopus with aromatic herb pesto barley and the Duck Confit…. don’t ask me to pick a favorite! All of them were spectacular! It was a love at first bite at @sumosushibentocyprus ❤️ It is without a doubt one of my new favorite sushi places! Like their motto “Good People, Good Food & Good Fun”, I have to totally agree! I absolutely love spending my lunch breaks there during the week! The chilling environment, friendly staff, amazing cocktails and great food keeps me going back for more! Pygmalion is the new Restaurant addition of @louisimperialbeach which has recently open its doors for the first time. A beautiful modern place that serves fine handmade juicy burgers! As for the non meat lovers, this place has a variety of choices such as the Halloumi & Fig Burger, Falafel Burger and the Giant Portobello Burger which was superb. Some other choices which you will find on the menu are the Salmon burger and Lamb & Tzatziki burger and for the spicy fans you will absolutely love the fried chicken Burger which has kimchi in it.
