🌮🦐 Prawn toast but make it tacos! Η prawn toast εκδοχή του viral burger taco θα σας ενθουσιάσει! Μπορείτε να βρείτε τα υλικά για τη συνταγή στο @foodhaus.cy Υλικά (για 1 άτομο) • 180 γρ. γαρίδες • 2 τορτίγιες Deli Sun (15 cm) • 1 ασπράδι αυγού • 1 κ.σ αλεύρι • 1 κ.γ σησαμέλαιο • 1 κ.γ σάλτσα σόγιας • 1 σκελίδα σκόρδο ψιλοκομμένη • 2 κ.σ ασπρο και μαύρο σησάμι • 1 πράσινο κρεμμυδάκι Alion • 1/2 αβοκάντο Alion • 1 κ.σ σάλτσα sweet chili Ψιλοκόβουμε τις γαρίδες και τις πιέζουμε με ένα πιρούνι. Προσθέτουμε το ασπράδι, το αλεύρι, τη σάλτσα σόγιας και το σκόρδο και ανακατεύουμε. Απλώνουμε το μείγμα με ένα κουτάλι πάνω σε 2 τορτίγιες σε μία λεπτή στρώση και προσθέτουμε το σησάμι από πάνω. Ψήνουμε και από τις 2 πλευρές σε ένα τηγάνι μέχρι να ψηθούν οι γαρίδες. Σερβίρουμε με αβοκάντο, πράσινο κρεμμυδάκι και σάλτσα sweet chili! Ingredients (serves 1) • 180 gr prawns Deli Sun • 2 tortillas (15 cm) • 1 egg white • 1 tbsp flour • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1 tsp sot sauce • 1 garlic clove minced • 2 tbsp black and white sesame seeds • 1 Spring onion Alion • 1/2 Avocado Alion • 1 tbsp Sweet chili sauce Finely chop the prawns and press with a fork. Add the egg white, soy sauce, flour, garlic and mix well. Spread a thin layer on top of each tortilla and add the sesame seeds on top. Cook on both sides until the prawns are fully cooked. These Chimichurri Steak Tacos with affordable tender cuts from @alphamegacy are super easy to make and extra juicy With a 500gr cut I made approximately 10 tacos. Thinly slice into strips and cook for 3-4 minutes with just some salt & pepper Chimichurri Recipe Ingredients: - 1 cup fresh parsley - 2-3 cloves of garlic - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar - 1/2 cup olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. In a food processor, combine the parsley and peeled garlic, pulse until finely chopped. 2. Add the red wine vinegar, then pulse again. 3. While the food processor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until combined. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Allow the sauce to sit for a few minutes before using to let the flavors meld together I also made a avocado sauce but you may buy a ready made one from Alphamega at the Mexican food section where you’ll also find the corn Tacos Just add avocado dip, onion & steak strips in the taco and top off with chimichurri sauce and serve #Alphamega #FoodWeLove #SteakTacos

🌮 Fire up the grill, open a cold beer and make these juicy mini steak tacos with a refreshing mango salsa that'll have your taste buds shouting "Olé!" 💃🥭 Ingredients (makes 6-8 small tacos) 1 Black Angus Flank Steak 1 tablespoon Epic Spice chimichurri seasoning 3 Delisun plain flour wraps 1/2 cup Ardo Mango Chunks 4 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 Alion avocado 1 small red onion 1 lime Fresh coriander Maldon salt and pepper Start by marinating the flank steak with the chimichurri seasoning, two tablespoons of olive oil and the juice of half a lime. Cover and put in the fridge for one hour to marinate. Chop the red onion, avocado, mango and coriander in small pieces, mix everything together and add two tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to make the mango salsa. Take the flour wraps and cut them into small circles - approximately three out of each flour wrap. Take the steak out of the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature while pre-heating your grill or pan. Cook the steak to your liking and let it rest for 5 minutes while heating up the wraps. Cut the steak in small pieces and assemble your tacos by placing two pieces of steak on each wrap and topping with a generous tablespoon of the mango salsa. Enjoy!! #tacos #steak #recipe
